    We are committed to delivering your order in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping process and timelines carefully before placing an order.

    Order Processing Time

    At Ratanmaa, our products are freshly packed only after receiving your order to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

    • It takes 2–3 working days to prepare your order.
    • Orders once placed can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is considered confirmed and will be proccessed for dispatch.
    • After order in placed, changes are possible only until it is unfullfilled, once fullfilled changes are not possible.
    • Once ready, your products are securely packed and dispatched within the next 1–2 working days from our warehouse with the help of 3rd party courier services like Bluedart, E-kart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.

    Shipping Timeline

    • Our courier partners aim to deliver your package within 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
    • Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
    • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

    Delivery Attempts & Returns

    • If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
      If the order remains undelivered after all three attempts, it will be returned to us automatically.
    • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
    • For partial COD (cash on delivery) orders, the prepaid amount will not be refunded in case the parcel returns undelivered.

    Shipping Details

    To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide:

    • A complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code
    • A valid contact number and email ID

    We request you to double-check your details before confirming the order, as incorrect information may lead to delays or failed delivery.

    Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
    • You can use the link provided to track your shipment status in real-time.
